Presently

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 March 2026

Presently is built with your privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data the app handles and - more importantly - what it doesn't.

The short version

Presently does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Data stored on your device

Presently stores session data (your intentions, session durations, and completion status) locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Data we collect

None. Presently does not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking of any kind.

Third-party services

Presently does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app uses only native Apple frameworks and makes no network requests.

Children's privacy

Since Presently does not collect any data, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, or any other age group - because we do not collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If Presently ever introduces features that handle data differently, this policy will be updated before those features ship. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
